wpc profile making machine is to produce WPC products at high vclue with variety of plastic and nature fiber,and the material is 90% of waste plastic and waste natural fiberPVC PE,PP and wood wpc profile making machine has compact structure ,good plastification,high output ,long life and other advantages.This line uses conical twin screw extruder with Dcmotor ,imported elelctornic components and platinum resistance ,which provide wide adjusting rangge and precise temperature control/

The down stream equipment includes vacuum calibration and cooling unit ,haul-off,cutting machine and stacker

The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfact calibration effect.

The haul-off unit uses two line caterpillar.

The lower one is fixed and upper one can be adjusted according to the plate size

The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.
