SJ series of single screw extruders range from 30 to 200mm. It consists of driving, extrusion, production and control systems. The extrusion parts such as barrel and screw are made of high strength anti-corrosive alloy with hardness between HV840-950 after nitridation

SJ Series single screw extruder is mainly composed of barrel screw, momentum driving system, heating, cooling system and electronic control components, etc.

It is mainly used in plasticizing and extruding of PVC, PE, PP, ABS, PS, PET pipes, plates, sheets, film, profiles, granules and other plastic products.

Features:

1) Applications: Suitable for extruding all types of plastic materials

2) Can be combined with various auxiliary machinery
