I developed new and efficient single-screw extruder the latest technology imported from Germany, screw-type screw and mixing with separate optimization of the composition of components, barrel and extended barrel with grooved feed section of the optimum design. Separate type screw and groove through the barrel, in combination, can get the following advantages:
Melting process of the material is optimized to improve extrusion output.
Achieved at a lower temperature materials melt extrusion.
Determined by isolating within the shear gap, so materials to achieve a good homogenization.
Melting by plastination process control, that is, only the smaller gap than the isolated particles before they enter the melt channel.
Different materials provides a broad range of processing for a variety of polyolefin materials, especially for HDPE, PP, ABS pipe material.
